"The 21st Century Digital Writer" with Rainer Bantau and Kathryn McClatchy

Like stampeding elephants, technology is transforming 21st century writing. Join bloggers Rainer Bantau and Kathryn McClatchy for a lively, humorous discussion geared to helping you make your blog standout from the herd.

A Swiss-born German kid from East Texas, Rainer Bantau is living the La Vida Loco in Big D with his wife, Terri, and their furry, four-legged menagerie. Businessman, restaurateur, minister, and Netflix addict, Rainer began writing digitally in 2008. He writes articles for LinkedIn, My Trending Stories, and produces content for The Devotional Guy.

After numerous strokes, Kathryn McClatchy started a new chapter in her life in 2010. Utilizing her previous career experiences in Newspaper, Marketing, Coaching, and Teaching, Kathryn is now coaching writers, teaching workshops, writing mysteries, and enjoying life with her husband, Steve, and service dog, Gizmo. Kathryn has been writing digitally, both personally and professionally, since 2003. You can learn more about her and Gizmo at Unleashing the Next Chapter.

The Writers Guild of Texas presents Guest Speaker / Program meetings on the 3rd Monday of each month in the Basement Program room of the Richardson Public Library. Visitors are welcome to attend.
